8/9 Foods finished the semester by making some fondant! #hccfoods

RETIREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT Congratulations to Shirley Boiteau (aka “Mrs. B.”) who will be retiring from Holy Cross Collegiate at the end of this week! Shirley says, “I feel truly blessed to have worked with so many dedicated and faith-filled staff over the past years, first with Sacred Heart Academy and the last 17 years at Holy Cross Collegiate. I will miss my daily interactions with the students who always brought a smile to my face and kept me feeling young at heart. I am looking forward to spending more time with my husband, Gerald, as we embark on the next chapter of our lives together. Golf clubs in the trunk, the long open road before us, as Gerald always says..."Life is good!" "How lucky I am to have something in my life that makes saying goodbye so hard!" (Winnie the Pooh) Shirley has been at Holy Cross since day one, back in 2004! On behalf of the entire staff we thank Shirley for her work and dedication to serving our students over the past 17 years. Shirley formed amazing relationships with the students that she worked with throughout her career at Holy Cross. Her commitment to helping students experience success will be sorely missed!
