Attendance Reporting

HCC Parents/Guardians need to advise the school office if your child is absent or will be late for school. 

As a proactive measure to better track illness/attendance, we ask that… If your child is missing school due to illness, if you feel comfortable please provide symptoms when reporting attendance to the office via email or phone message.

A reminder that all absences/expected lates for students should be reported by either:

1. Emailing HCC-Attendance@redeemer.ab.ca.

Or

2. Calling 403 901-2050 and pressing “1” to leave a message on our attendance line.

Please remember to clearly provide this information: 

• Student Name 
• Grade 
• Date of Absence or Expected Late 
• Reason 
• Parent Name and contact #
